IF Huang (Taiwan)
IF Huang is a Taiwanese writer and theatre practitioner who views art as a language of cross-cultural communication. Their work investigates the phenomena and dilemmas of how people connect in the contemporary world, and develops body-based training methods in theatre that bring people closer together. Embracing performance and play, Huang sustains a long-term practice in arts education.

台湾出身の作家・演劇実践者。芸術を異文化間のコミュニケーション言語として捉え、現代社会におけるコミュニケーションの現象やジレンマを探求する。人と人とがより近づき合うための手段として、身体を基盤とした演劇トレーニングの開発に長年取り組んでおり、パフォーマンスの実践を楽しみながら、遊びの要素を積極的に取り入れた芸術教育の活動を、国境や分野を越えて継続的に展開している。作品を通じて、異なる文化背景や言語を持つ人々の間に対話や相互理解、そして新たな関係性を生み出すことを目指しており、教育者としても長期的な視点に立った実践を大切にしている。舞台芸術と教育の両方の現場で活動を重ね、今後も国際的な文脈における身体と言葉のあり方を探究し続ける予定である。
